We have very little property manager turnover because we treat each other with respect and kindness while working hard to do our best every day.

If you are looking to be a property manager with lots of flexibility and room for positive financial growth, then this may be the position for you. As an independent contractor Property Manager, you will be given a minimal base of properties to start with, and then we will help you grow your portfolio and income! You will receive a percentage of commission for every property you manage. We are quickly growing and need to bring another person on to manage the new incoming properties. We are a team-oriented office so must be willing to work together and be open and flexible to continually improve, change and grow in the business. Being a member of Honolulu Board of Realtors and attending monthly NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) meetings is mandatory. Property manager will purchase and maintain their own health insurance.

The property manager directly oversees and manages all aspects of assigned properties. Responsibilities:

· The property manager directly oversees and manages all aspects of assigned properties

· Advertises, markets, and shows properties to prospective tenants. Screens tenants

· Negotiates leases and conducts routine inspections in a timely and reliable manner

· Arranges maintenance to meet MHP standards

· Keeps the owners informed of property condition and tenant status.

· Have excellent tenant and owner communication and maintain documentation in online file system.

· Must be on time to appointments, have excellent follow through, be detailed oriented, organized, and have a positive attitude.

Other Requirements:

Current Hawaii Real Estate license required

Minimum 2 years property management experience

Valid driver’s license and use of automobile daily required.

Proficient in Microsoft Word

Appfolio experience is a plus.
